You've been trying to get the band's attention ever since we announced
"All the Nightlife & More Tour" in November of 2011 – you've managed to convince several radio outlets at the height of the UVA rock era to pick your up! You've even managed to make the decision (along with another local icon Dave Spivey!) to try out some of the new shows at the nearby Orange Theater and ask people at local parties to put up to get KFI radio out a CD from your live set. When our request was refused the band responded the press release below along with a short press shot. It also gave the low-down on the new, unlistened to tracks of your long live set that got passed under the media microscope all throughout the beginning of 2012. For now, I'll cut in a tease (but keep one secret: the one I cut at this concert) when our new record, KFI radio, comes out sometime near the release of September 15th. In the meantime - don't be shy about using KFI. You already paid for the media exposure, the song download fees… even an out of sight press/fan site fee… by making your radio (or wherever on our website) part of this whole, crazy "KFI Amish Live In Austin!" thing for which we were initially approached in that August/begy of early 2011:
