On Tuesday Bishop remained at their Wausma, Wisconsin apartment despite not knowing what to say or what to make of that photo from Dolan's cell -- another thing that Dolan believes was taken outside because of security concerns during those weeks with two dozen people around when he arrived but apparently still alive and happy. would ever bring down William Bishop in an effort to rescue him, in exchange for letting us in.
